Each individual may create and maintain only one account with litoto. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created for the purpose of abusing bonuses or promotions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. litoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, will be deemed to have been conducted by you and you will be liable for all such activity.
litoto accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are credited to your account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional security verification. VIP tier members enjoy expedited withdrawal processing as outlined in the VIP program terms.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, with many completed much faster. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, or holidays, or if additional verification is required. litoto reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the withdrawal request before processing.
You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal details. litoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by you. Funds sent to an incorrect account cannot be recovered.
litoto is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. You agree that litoto may request additional documentation, refuse to process transactions, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities if required by law or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or fraudulent activity.
Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations. Attempting to use litoto as a money transfer service or conducting unusually large or frequent deposits and immediate withdrawals without reasonable gaming activity may result in account suspension and investigation.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn and have no cash value. Only winnings derived from bonus play, after meeting all wagering requirements, can be withdrawn. litoto reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games offered on the litoto platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are conducted by live dealers from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. litoto does not influence or control game outcomes in any way.
Each game category (slots, table games, live casino, sports betting, togel lottery draws, sabung ayam live events) has its own specific rules, payout structures, and betting limits. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the governing body of each sport or event. Dead heat rules, abandoned match rules, and other sport-specific settlement rules apply as standard in the betting industry. To the maximum extent permitted by law, litoto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
litoto is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connection issues, errors or malfunctions in games or software, delays in processing transactions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event that litoto is found liable for any matter related to these terms, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
